These terms govern use of this online store and purchases made through it. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Eligibility and accurate information

By ordering, you confirm that you are legally able to enter the transaction or have appropriate permission. Supply current and accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Keep account credentials confidential and tell us about suspected unauthorized access.

Products and availability

Review the product, model, capacity, size, color and compatibility before purchase. We aim to display information accurately, although screens can render colors differently. Follow the supplied care and safety instructions. Stock changes over time, and placement in a cart does not reserve an item.

If a material pricing, description or availability error affects an order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation. We do not silently substitute a materially different item or impose an unapproved higher charge.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars. Before submission, checkout displays merchandise, accepted discounts, applicable tax, shipping and the final total. Standard Shipping in the United States is free. Use only an available payment method that you are authorized to use. Additional payment details appear in the Payment Policy.

Orders and fulfillment

An acknowledgment confirms receipt, not an unconditional promise that every item can be supplied. Payment, inventory or delivery details may require review. We may decline suspected fraud, unlawful activity or an unresolved payment issue. If we cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, we notify you and arrange the appropriate refund.

Contact us promptly for a cancellation or change before dispatch. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated transit another 4–6 business days. Weekends and United States federal holidays are excluded.

Returns and delivery

The Shipping Policy explains tracking, delays and address corrections. The Refund Policy contains the 30-day return-request period, condition requirements, merchant-paid eligible return shipping and the 10-business-day issue period for an approved refund. Nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable consumer remedy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the storefront for fraud, unlawful conduct, impersonation, harassment, malicious code, unauthorized access or interference with other users or systems. Do not bypass security or misuse personal information. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address abuse.

Content and third-party services

Product names, images, designs and other content remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. Store access does not grant a right to reproduce or commercially exploit protected material. Shopify, payment providers, carriers and linked services may apply their own terms and privacy notices.

Availability, liability and updates

Maintenance, network faults and other interruptions can occur. To the extent law permits, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by an interruption or misuse. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

We may revise these terms for future use, but will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues where permitted. Applicable United States law and non-waivable state protections apply.
