Information that helps us assist

For an order question, include the order number and email address used at checkout. Identify the relevant item and variant and explain the assistance needed. Photographs of the product and packaging can help with damage, missing parts or an incorrect delivery. Never send a password, complete card number or card security code.

Urgent order changes

For an address correction, item change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. We will review the order status, but a change cannot be guaranteed once processing or delivery has advanced.

Returns

An eligible return must be requested within 30 days after delivery. Obtain return instructions before mailing goods. The address below is general contact information and not automatic authorization for a return shipment. We provide the method or prepaid label for an eligible return.
