Payment Policy

This policy explains payment for orders placed through our United States online store. Prices and transactions are denominated in United States dollars.

Payment options

Use a method actually offered in the secure checkout. Availability can vary by transaction, device and provider. A payment logo elsewhere on a page does not guarantee that the method will be available for a particular order; checkout is the authoritative list.

Order total

Before payment, checkout shows the merchandise subtotal, accepted discounts, applicable tax, shipping and final total. Standard Shipping in the United States is free. Confirm items, quantities, address and total before submitting. A promotional code applies only when the checkout accepts it and reflects it in the total.

Authorization and security

Payment is processed by the secure checkout and its providers. We receive transaction information needed to support the order, but not complete card numbers or security codes for our customer-service records. Never send full payment credentials through email, chat or a contact form.

Your bank or payment service may request verification, decline a charge or show a temporary authorization. If payment fails, check the billing details or contact the provider before repeated attempts. Contact us if you are unsure whether an order was created or believe a duplicate charge occurred.

Refunds

A refund is returned to the original method. After an eligible return is received and approved, we issue the refund within 10 business days; the payment provider may take additional time to post it. The Refund Policy contains the full eligibility and return instructions.
