This notice explains how our online store handles personal information when you browse, place an order, request support or otherwise interact with the storefront. In this notice, “we,” “us” and “our” mean the merchant operating this store.
Information collected
Information you give us can include your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, account details, product selections, order records, support messages, return information and photographs sent about a problem. We also receive transaction status, order value and limited payment identifiers from payment services. Complete card numbers and security codes are handled through the payment provider; never send them by email.
When you use the storefront, Shopify and enabled technologies may collect an IP address, device and browser data, cookie or similar identifiers, referral information, pages viewed, cart activity and interactions with the site. Payment services, carriers and fraud-prevention providers can supply confirmations, delivery events and security signals needed to complete and protect a transaction.
Purposes for use
We use relevant information to take payment, fulfill and deliver orders, issue updates, handle returns and refunds, answer questions, prevent fraud, protect the storefront, keep required business records and comply with legal obligations. Aggregated or usage information can help us maintain and improve the shopping experience.
If optional marketing or advertising functions are enabled, contact details or online activity may support promotional messages, campaign measurement or relevant advertising, subject to your choices and applicable law. An unsubscribe link stops promotional email, although essential service, security and order messages may continue.
Cookies and privacy choices
Cookies and similar tools can operate the cart, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure traffic and support enabled advertising. Third parties providing analytics or advertising may receive identifiers and activity. Under some state laws, certain advertising disclosures can be treated as a sale or sharing even where no money changes hands.
Use the storefront privacy controls and your browser settings to manage optional technologies. Necessary-cookie blocking may prevent checkout from working. Preferences may be specific to a browser or device and can need renewal after cookies are cleared.
Service providers and disclosures
Shopify hosts the commerce platform. Payment processors, delivery providers, communications services, security vendors and other service providers receive only information relevant to their functions. We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, prevent fraud, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for orders, returns, support, accounting, dispute resolution and legal duties. The period varies with the record and purpose, and a deletion request can be subject to a lawful retention exception.
We use reasonable safeguards and rely on the security controls of the commerce and payment platforms, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use related to your account or order.
United States privacy rights
Depending on your state and the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information. You may also have a right to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and to appeal a denied request. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, subject to scope and exceptions. These can include rights to know, access, correct or delete information and to opt out of sale or sharing. Where applicable, you may limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
Opt-out signals and requests
Use Your Privacy Choices when that control is available, or email Support@corkcicls.shop. Where legally required, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal is processed as an opt-out for the browser or device sending it. A general Do Not Track setting is not necessarily the same signal.
Tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity, but will not request full payment-card credentials. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We respond within the period required by applicable law, explain any extension or denial, and provide an appeal path where required.
Children and policy updates
The store is not designed to collect information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek it. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information. We may revise this notice when practices or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
